Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, and for the minimum period required by our legal and regulatory obligations. Specific retention periods are:
Enquiries that do not result in an order — up to 24 months from the date of your last contact, to allow us to respond to follow-up enquiries and maintain a record of our communications.
Order records and associated documentation — minimum 10 years from the date of the transaction, to comply with Lithuanian VAT record-keeping requirements, EU export control record-keeping obligations, and CWC reporting requirements where applicable.
Business verification and KYC documentation — minimum 5 years from the date of collection, or longer where required by applicable export control, pharmaceutical trading, or other regulatory obligations.
Sanctions screening records — minimum 5 years, in accordance with EU anti-money laundering and export control record-keeping requirements.
Website analytics data — up to 26 months in anonymized or aggregated form.
After the applicable retention period expires, data is securely deleted or permanently anonymized. Where conflicting retention periods apply, the longer period takes precedence.
