SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Which countries do you supply to?
We supply to qualified business customers globally, subject to applicable EU export controls, international sanctions regulations, and destination country import requirements. Not all products can be shipped to all destinations — regulated, controlled, and restricted products are subject to destination-specific export authorization requirements. Confirm your delivery destination in your quotation request and we will advise on whether supply is possible for your required product.
What packaging options are available?
Packaging options depend on the product, its hazard classification, and order volume. Common options include drums (25L, 50L, 200L), IBC containers (1000L), bulk bags (for solid products), bags (25kg, 50kg), and bulk shipment for large volume liquid orders. Packaging for dangerous goods must comply with applicable UN packaging requirements for the product's hazard class. Specific packaging requirements and options are confirmed at the time of quotation.
Do you ship dangerous goods?
Yes. Many products in our catalog are classified as dangerous goods under UN, ADR, IMDG, or IATA regulations. We coordinate dangerous goods shipments with compliant packaging, labeling, and transport documentation including dangerous goods declaration, UN packaging certification, and emergency response information. Buyers are responsible for ensuring their receiving facility is appropriately equipped and authorized to accept dangerous goods shipments.
What delivery terms do you offer?
We supply under various Incoterms depending on the product, destination, and order size. Commonly offered terms include FOB (Free on Board), CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight), and DAP (Delivered at Place). Delivery terms are confirmed and agreed at the quotation stage.
How long does delivery take?
Lead times depend on product availability, order volume, destination, and logistics arrangements. Standard products from confirmed stock typically ship within five to fifteen business days of order confirmation and cleared payment. Products requiring sourcing, custom packaging, or regulated goods export authorization may take longer. Estimated lead times are confirmed at the quotation stage. We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, destination country import procedures, or force majeure events.
Can you arrange temperature-controlled or cold-chain shipping?
Yes, for products that require it. Selected products including organic peroxides and certain thermally sensitive specialty chemicals require temperature-controlled transport. Cold-chain logistics requirements are identified at the quotation stage and the appropriate transport arrangements are confirmed before shipment. Additional costs apply for temperature-controlled logistics.
Do you provide tracking for shipments?
Yes. Shipment tracking information is provided once your order has been dispatched. Tracking availability and detail depends on the carrier and shipping route. We will provide the carrier name, tracking number, and estimated arrival date at the time of dispatch.
