What types of chemicals do you supply?
UAB An Group Export supplies across six core categories: industrial chemicals including inorganic acids and alkalis; specialty and performance chemicals including polymer additives, chelating agents, and surfactants; aroma and fragrance chemicals including terpene aroma compounds, lactones, and fragrance ingredients; pharmaceutical intermediates and synthesis building blocks; metal processing and precious metal chemicals; and laboratory and research chemicals. Do you supply standard grades and specialty grades?
Yes. Many products are available in multiple grades including technical, industrial, food grade, pharmaceutical grade (USP/BP/EP), fragrance grade, and laboratory or reagent grade. Grade availability depends on the specific product and our current supply arrangement. Specify your required grade in your quotation request and we will confirm availability and documentation.
Can you source products not listed on your website?
Yes. Our listed catalog represents our core range but we can source a wider range of industrial and specialty chemicals on request. Contact us with the product name, CAS number, required grade, quantity, and intended application and we will advise on sourcing and availability.
How do I know which grade or concentration is right for my application?
Grade and concentration requirements depend on your specific process, regulatory requirements, and end-use application. Include your application details in your quotation request and we will advise on the appropriate grade. For pharmaceutical, food, or cosmetic applications, specify the relevant pharmacopeia standard or regulatory requirement and we will confirm whether the available grade meets it.
Do your products have a shelf life or expiry date?
Yes. Most chemical products have defined shelf lives that vary by product type, storage conditions, and packaging. Shelf life information is stated on the product label and SDS. For products with limited shelf stability — including organic peroxides, azo compounds, sodium hypochlorite, and certain fragrance ingredients susceptible to oxidation — shelf life and storage requirements are confirmed at the time of quotation. Orders for time-sensitive products should account for transit time and planned usage timeline.
Are natural-origin grades available for fragrance and flavor ingredients?
Selected fragrance and flavor ingredients are available in natural-origin form qualifying for natural flavor or natural fragrance designation under EU and US regulations. Natural-origin availability and pricing varies by ingredient and is confirmed at the quotation stage. Natural origin declarations are provided for qualifying materials. Synthetic grades are standard supply unless natural designation is specifically requested.
Do you supply pharmacopeia-grade materials?
Selected products are available in USP, BP, and EP pharmacopeia grades with corresponding CoA documentation. We do not publish pharmacopeia grade claims for any product unless we hold specific documentation confirming those claims for that specific product and supply arrangement. Confirm your pharmacopeia standard requirement in your quotation request.
