What documentation is provided with every order?
Standard documentation provided with every shipment includes a commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or airway bill, and Safety Data Sheet for each product. Additional documentation available on request or required by product type includes Certificate of Analysis, Technical Data Sheet, dangerous goods declaration, certificate of origin, and export authorization documentation for regulated products.
Do you provide Certificates of Analysis?
Yes. A Certificate of Analysis issued by the manufacturer is available for every product. Depending on the product and grade, the CoA may include assay and purity, physical parameters such as melting point, boiling point, color, specific gravity, and refractive index, identified impurity profile, and pharmacopeia compliance data where applicable. Specify your CoA requirements at the time of quotation.
Do you provide Safety Data Sheets?
Yes. A current Safety Data Sheet compliant with GHS/EU CLP requirements is available for every product and is provided with every shipment as standard. SDS documents are also available on request prior to ordering for pre-purchase hazard assessment.
Can you provide documentation in languages other than English?
SDS documents are available in English as standard. Some products have SDS available in additional languages depending on the manufacturer. If you require SDS or other documentation in a specific language, state this in your quotation request and we will confirm availability.
Do you provide IFRA conformity statements for fragrance ingredients?
Yes. IFRA conformity statements are available on request for all fragrance ingredients in our catalog. For IFRA-restricted ingredients, conformity statements include category-specific maximum usage levels. Buyers are responsible for ensuring their finished formulations comply with current IFRA standards and applicable cosmetic regulations in their market.
Can you provide export documentation for regulated products?
Yes. For products requiring export authorization — including CWC Schedule 3 chemicals, controlled pharmaceutical compounds, and other regulated materials — we prepare and provide applicable export documentation as part of the order process. End-use certificates and relevant authorization documents are provided where required by destination country import regulations.
Can you provide a certificate of origin?
Yes. A certificate of origin can be provided on request. Origin is determined by the country of manufacture, which varies by product and supplier. Confirm your certificate of origin requirements at the quotation stage.
