Overview
Chemical products are not standard consumer goods. Returns in the chemical trading industry are governed by product safety, regulatory requirements, and the practical reality that opened, handled, or transported chemical products cannot be restocked and resold without full quality re-verification. This policy explains clearly what we can and cannot accept back, what your options are when something goes wrong, and how to raise a claim.
We stand behind the products we supply. If something is genuinely wrong — wrong product, damaged packaging, quality outside specification — we will work with you to resolve it. What we cannot do is accept returns driven by ordering errors, changed requirements, or commercial decisions made after delivery.
At UAB An Group Export, we are committed to supplying products that meet the agreed specifications and supporting our customers throughout the order process. Because chemical products may be subject to safety, transport and regulatory requirements, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and require prior authorization.
Eligibility for Returns

Incorrect delivery
The product delivered does not correspond to the product stated on the order or shipping documentation.
Chemical products are only considered eligible for authorization if they meet one or more of the following conditions:

Product damaged
The product or original sealed packaging was damaged during transportation.

Specification mismatch
The supplied product does not conform to the agreed specification or documentation.

Report Promptly
Customers should notify us as soon as a discrepancy or damage is identified.
⚠ Important Notice
Chemical products belong to strictly regulated material categories. Unauthorized returns absolutely cannot be accepted or received under any circumstances due to strict national safety legislation and hazardous logistics protocols.
Note: All eligible return requests must be accompanied by comprehensive batch documentation and official reference samples.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to safety parameters, regulatory guidelines, and quality assurance risks, returns are strictly prohibited for:
- × Products with broken or compromised original manufacturer seals.
- × Specialty chemical blends formulated to unique client specifications.
- × Temperature-sensitive reagents that have departed verified custody.
- × Bulk liquid shipments offloaded into custom client storage vessels.
- × Reagents missing their corresponding original Certificates of Analysis (COA).

Refunds
Authorized refunds are systematically processed within 14 business days following successful chemical re-testing. Verified credits will be processed via the original payment method, excluding initial transit and safety handling fees.
Refunds & Replacements
Approved refunds or replacements are processed after the returned product has been received and inspected. The method and timing of any refund will depend on the original payment method, order terms and applicable contractual requirements.
Important Chemical Safety Notice
Chemical products may be subject to hazardous-material, transport, storage and regulatory requirements. Do not ship any chemical product back to UAB An Group Export without receiving prior written authorization and return instructions. Unauthorized shipments may be refused.
