OUR COMMITMENT
Quality, Safety and Compliance at the Core of Our Operations
We work with qualified suppliers and manufacturers who meet applicable quality and industry requirements.
Our goal is to provide our business customers with reliable chemical products, accurate information and compliant documentation to support their operations.

Regulatory Compliance
Customer Support
Our compliance framework is built around one principle: we only supply what we can document, to buyers we can verify, under the authorizations we actually hold.
Authorization & Regulatory Status
UAB An Group Export holds authorization to trade in regulated chemical categories under applicable Lithuanian and EU legislation. Our current authorizations cover trading in CWC Schedule 3 scheduled chemicals under the Chemical Weapons Convention and associated EU and Lithuanian implementing legislation, and controlled pharmaceutical compounds under applicable pharmaceutical trading regulations.
Authorization documentation is available to qualified buyers on request. We do not publish claims about authorizations we do not hold, and our compliance language on product pages reflects only what our actual authorization covers.
Buyer Verification Process
Every buyer is subject to business registration verification before an order is confirmed. For regulated and controlled products, additional verification applies including end-use declaration confirming the intended application and downstream product, screening against the EU Consolidated Sanctions List, OFAC SDN List, and UN Sanctions List, and where required, confirmation of manufacturing license, pharmaceutical trading authorization, or other relevant business credential. The level of verification applied scales with the regulatory sensitivity of the product being ordered. A buyer ordering citric acid undergoes standard business registration verification. A buyer ordering a CWC Schedule 3 chemical undergoes enhanced end-use verification and sanctions screening.
Product Documentation Standards
Every product we supply is accompanied by a manufacturer-issued Certificate of Analysis confirming the specific batch's purity and key quality parameters, a current Safety Data Sheet compliant with EU GHS/CLP requirements, and applicable transport and dangerous goods documentation for classified products. For pharmaceutical-grade products, pharmacopeia compliance documentation is available where the specific product and supply arrangement supports it. For fragrance ingredients, IFRA conformity statements and EU allergen declarations are available on request.
Dangerous Goods Handling
Many products in our catalog are classified as dangerous goods under UN, ADR, IMDG, or IATA regulations. We coordinate dangerous goods shipments with UN-compliant packaging, appropriate hazard labeling, dangerous goods declarations, and emergency response documentation as required for each product's hazard class and transport mode.
Sanctions Compliance
All buyers and transactions are screened against the EU Consolidated Sanctions List, OFAC Specially Designated Nationals List, and UN Consolidated Sanctions List as part of our standard order process. Orders where a sanctions match is identified are not processed regardless of order value or buyer relationship. For orders involving regulated products or specific destination countries, additional destination and party screening applies.
